I manage Tucows Research and Innovation group. We're responsible for getting out ahead of where the company is going and finding new products, services and markets that the company can grow into. Our past projects have included OpenSRS, eBarn (the Tucows Software Store), Tucows SSL, managed email and DNS, Blogware and a lot of things you've never heard about. We're currently heavily focused on RSS, Online Gaming and a lot of stuff that I'm not allowed to talk about!
